ガラスの粒子に、顔料を塗り、磨くことを繰り返す作品。
ガラスの硬く、ハードな研磨作業を必要とすることが、行為の集積＝身体性を明らかにする。
No.1は0回、No.18は17回、白を塗る回数を変え、階層が時間の蓄積を明示する。
18枚それぞれに独立した時間軸を持つ断片は、横に一列に展示されることで、巻物のように「生々流転」する景色を表出させるだろう。
This work involves repeatedly applying pigment to glass particles and polishing them.
The hardness of the glass, which requires hard polishing, reveals the accumulation of actions, or physicality.
No.1 is painted 0 times, No.18 is painted 17 times, the number of times white is applied varies, demonstrating the accumulation of time through the layers.
The 18 fragments, each with its own independent timeline, will be displayed horizontally in a row to create a scroll-like landscape of “ever-changing life.”

「表皮」
層となる部分は、5ミリ程度の厚みがある。絵具が沈み込んで固まり、表面が削られて隙間に入り込む、内と外がせめぎ合って生まれた表皮。
パネル部分は、展示壁面から表皮を押し出すように厚みを持つ。表皮の厚みそのままが、側面から見えるように剝き出しにし、断片であることを強調する。
“Skin”
The layer is about 5 mm thick. The paint sinks in and hardens, scraping the surface and filling in the gaps, creating a skin created by the struggle between inside and outside.
The panel part has a thickness that pushes the skin out from the exhibition wall. The thickness of the epidermis is exposed so that it can be seen from the side, emphasizing that it is a fragment.
